Nowadays, We have 3 insect farms of our own and have signed exclusive purchasing contracts with more than 80 local mealworm farms to ensure the goods supply. In the daily breeding and feeding, Hinsect research and development team provides unified technology guidance to each farm to make sure that all the raw materials are natural and healthy vegetables or wheat bran, ensuring the excellent quality of the final dried insects.
Hinsect has a production workshop of more than 6,000 square meters, and we use the high-power microwave drying equipment, which can not only improve production efficiency, but also reduce the degree of damage to dried insects during processing, so that products can be with a higher quality and lower price. During the processing, we do not add any preservatives or additives, but use secondary drying technology to ensure the moisture content is in the most suitable state for storage and shipping, at the same time,lock in nutrients such as protein as much as possible, and prevent the loss of ingredients.The final insects with rich nutrients and natural flavor can make your pets and backyard chickens healthier and happier.
We attach great importance to management and quality control system. We not only track the quality from the raw material, processing, but also conduct multiple random inspections before packaging and digitize the inspection results, to monitor and maintain product quality stability. Before the products leave the factory, we will submit the product of each batch to official commodity inspection and quarantine department to ensure the quality meets the standards for exporting.
Our products are under strict clean packaging management system. The entire packaging process is carried out in a 100,000-level dust-free GMP workshop to ensure that the product appearance is clean and the quality is reliable. In addition, in terms of product packaging, we support OEM/ODM services.
